Everyone’s favourite snack! Creamy, thick and silky, with bold garlic flavours, hummus is perfect as a dip, on top of a salad, with falafel or as a burger topping! This snack is high in calcium (healthy bones!), iron (healthy blood!), and fibre (healthy digestion!).
